Tried experimenting with some filters to make up for the lack of natural lighting and it turned out terribly. I’ll try harder to get natural lighting next time
Elan Timmons Key-Z. Got the glow in the dark scales with the multitool option (though I opted not to use it since the usb drive takes more space than I expected). Finally got it after backing the project on Kickstarter a few months back. Wasn’t the first time I backed one of these key holder things. It’s just that I never used them before because my keys didn’t fit them (my apartment uses European style keys to make them more difficult to duplicate or something like that). It’s alright. At the very least, it’s the best key holder that I have at the moment and probably the best out there in general.
Zero Tolerance 0801 disassembled. Took it apart because the pivot was slightly stiffer than before and oiling it didn’t help so I wanted to figure out what the hell was wrong with it. Turns out a small patch of skin from a fruit or maybe part of a leaf (couldn’t exactly ID it) somehow made its way in there. Cleaned, reoiled, and reassembled the knife, and it was good as new. Also, in the picture, you can see the pocket clip screws protruding a bit because I replaced them with Leek pocket clip screws as a temporary measure because the ones that it came with were stripped by the previous owner.
Zero Tolerance 0801. My first ZT. Got it used and the previous owner stripped the pocket clip screws but I managed to get them out with some hot water and pliers. Replaced them with some extra Leek screws that I had lying around. Bit disconcerting because the Leek screws are longer than the 0801’s screws so they’re about 1mm away from touching the blade while closed. Luckily, the knife has near perfect centering so that won’t be an issue. Also, I put in a request for new screws so hopefully I’ll get them in very soon.
